1. Read through the Terms of Service and submit the commission form. 

2. I will email you a price quote within 72 hours of your form submission. 

The quote will include the cost of the plush + shipping. I will also clarify any details about the plush and request your full mailing address and PayPal information. However, if I am for some reason not able to make your commission, I will let you know within that 72 hour window.

3. I will send you a PayPal invoice for full payment.

Unfortunately, I am only accepting PayPal for payment at this time and will be requesting the full price quote before I begin your commission. Please keep in mind I must receive full payment before beginning a plush commission.

4. You will be added to the commission list and I will complete your plush within 1 - 5 weeks of payment. 

I will be updating a Notion page that will contain all of your commission info and progress pictures of the commission, which I will share with you via email.

5. I will send you a picture of the final product via email and promptly ship out your order within 1 - 5 business days upon your response. 

I will send you a picture of the final product and will accept small revisions before shipping out the final product. I will also reach out to make sure your mailing address is correct. I will not ship out the plush until I receive a response from the email: I want to make certain you are satisfied with the final product😊

6. I will send you the tracking number of your package. 

Although I do not have control over the shipping process, please let me know if you have any issues and I will work with you to resolve them.
