Unfortunately at this time I will not be taking commissions that include extreme detail/complexity. I do not want to explore too much out of my comfort zone when taking commissions since I want to guarantee the best quality product and create for you something I am proud of. If you are curious about what I will and will not accept, feel free to email me or fill out the commission form and I will respond within 72 hours. Thank you for understanding!

PayPal or Venmo payment is necessary in order to be put on the commission list.  Before beginning a commission, I must receive full payment.  After payment is received, you will be added to the commission list/waitlist.

All orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail (U.S.) and USPS Priority Mail International.  These options include a tracking number, which I will send your way after it is shipped.  Shipping costs will be calculated based on your zip-code and added to the final cost of your commission. Unfortunately, once the plush is shipped it is out of my hands, but I will try to help as much as possible. Please contact USPS or refer to your tracking number for questions!

I do not accept returns or exchanges.  You may cancel your commission within 24 hours of your payment; after this, cancellations are not accepted (with the exception of certain circumstances, where I am unable to sew for an extended period of time).

Plushies come from a smoke-free and pet-friendly home.  I will be taking great care to ensure that hygiene is never compromised; however, if you are allergic to dogs, please take this into account when commissioning.
